Your goal

You don't just want to live longer. You want to stay healthy longer.

Waking up with energy. Taking the stairs without stopping. Getting down on the floor with your grandkids, staying curious, and still making plans at 80. For most of us, that's what health really means: not a number on a birth certificate, but good years. The good news: much of it is within your influence. The real question is where to start.

Social media chaos

Too much advice, too little direction

Today someone swears by cold showers. Tomorrow it's intermittent fasting. The day after, an influencer holds a powder up to the camera with shining eyes. In between: warnings, miracle cures, and studies that contradict each other. Many of these tips hold a grain of truth. The real problem is different: nobody tells you which one matters for you right now. Follow everything, and you spread yourself thin. Believe nothing, and you give up.

What's missing isn't another tip. It's a map.

The Feiden Health Formula

The Feiden Health Formula: 16 factors, one principle

As a physicist, I spent about five years studying the research on health and longevity and looking at how the world's healthiest communities live. The result is the Feiden Health Formula. It breaks your health down into 16 factors, from sleep, movement, and nutrition to gut health, sense of purpose, social connection, and financial independence.

The law of the minimum: the water level stops at the shortest stave.

Here's the twist: the factors aren't added, they're multiplied. Picture a wooden barrel with staves of different lengths. How much water it holds isn't set by the longest stave, but by the shortest. This "law of the minimum," made famous by the chemist Justus von Liebig, applies surprisingly well to us: even the best workout can only do so much if your sleep has been cut short for years. That's why the formula's guiding idea is simple:

Find your weakest link. Fix that first.

Your starting point

Your starting point: the Feiden Health Score

Before you change anything, it pays to take an honest look at where you are today. That's what the Feiden Health Score is for: a questionnaire with 8 questions for each of the 16 factors. You answer each one on a scale from 0 to 4, and the Excel file does the rest.

Your overall score from 0 to 1,000

Calculated with the Feiden Health Formula across all 16 factors.

Your three key levers

Your results name your three weakest factors. That's where every step counts the most.

Go at your own pace

Takes about 20 minutes. Save the file and pick up where you left off.

52. Recovery and RegenerationTraffic light orange, 1.18
63. Social EnvironmentTraffic light orange, 1.24

Don't worry if your first score looks low. Because the factors multiply, the score doesn't rise in a straight line. A score of just over 200 already reflects good health. What matters is where you take your next step.

Privacy

Your health data stays with you

Information about your health is some of the most sensitive data there is. Under Europe's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), it gets special protection. I built this questionnaire so that this data never reaches me in the first place: you fill out an Excel file on your own computer, and all the scoring happens through formulas inside that very file. No online form for your answers, no macros, nothing sent over the internet. I never see your answers.

To send you the file, all I need is your email address. It's stored with my email service provider, Brevo. When you sign up, you'll get the questionnaire plus my newsletter with practical ideas on the 16 health factors about once a month. You confirm your sign-up by email (double opt-in), and you can unsubscribe anytime with one click. The questionnaire is yours to keep.

Small tip: For the most privacy, save the file on your own computer. If you keep it in a cloud folder, your cloud provider's terms apply.
